Your 30-day cash check
Step 2 of 5
Add each unpaid invoice and the date you think it will actually arrive. Use a reference or nickname if you prefer.
Already paid? Mark it paid. Waiting on a dispute? Put it on hold — it won’t count as money coming in.
Step 3 of 5
Include rent, stock, wages, tax payments and money you plan to take out for yourself. Enter the actual payment amount, including VAT where applicable.
For repeating bills, start with the next unpaid date. If an earlier bill is overdue, add it separately rather than moving a paid date into the past.
Step 4 of 5
The picture is only as complete as the figures you put in. Take a moment to check these three things.

Your information
The working example and any figures you enter are calculated on your device. Your cash figures and imported files are not sent to Polar or an AI service.
Download your figures or choose to remember them in this browser. Device saving keeps readable figures: use your own device, not a shared computer.
The form below sends only the contact details and message you enter. It does not attach your cash check. Please leave out bank details, customer records and sensitive financial information.
